I went to this event held at Trancos. We looked at Ana Teresa's art which spans themes such as gendered labor, erasing of borders, and pride in immigrant narratives. Ana Teresa has also created this Somos Marichuy poster to support María de Jesús Patricio Martínez's candidacy for presidency in Mexico. She is the first indigenous woman to run for President.
